Venue Administrative Assistant

Sandlewood Manor is an elegant venue located in Tomball, Texas. This beautiful luxury estate, located on 27 gorgeous acres, provides exceptional wedding ceremonies and reception services. We strive for outstanding services and value all of our employees as part of our Sandlewood Manor team. We are currently looking to hire a responsible outgoing and personable Venue Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven organizational and project management skills

  • Competent in multiple software platforms: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, etc

  • Ability to learn on the job

  • Timely response to new leads, scheduling and articulating venue tours, & answering questions from booked & non-booked clients.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including professionalism over the phone

  • Highly detailed with the ability to organize day-to-day tasks

  • Works well in team environment

  • Able to work independently and reliably with minimal supervision

  • Commitment to achieving standards of excellence

  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm, efficient and professional demeanor

  • Self-motivated and energetic

  • Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

  • Providing support to our director, managers, employees, clients, and managing our company’s general administrative activities

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-time (40 hours weekly, with seasonal exceptions) 

  • Pay: Commensurate with experience

  • Daytime/Evenings/Weekends

*Weekend and Evening availability is occasionally required.
