Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle are premier luxury event venues dedicated to delivering seamless, elevated experiences for our clients and their guests. We are currently seeking a dependable, service-minded Busser / Dishwasher to join our event operations team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:​

​As a Busser/Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position combines bussing and dishwashing responsibilities and requires flexibility, teamwork, and an understanding of luxury service standards. Associates must be comfortable rotating between duties based on event flow and staffing needs.

​

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ​Clear and reset tables throughout events in a timely and discreet manner.

• Bus glassware during cocktail hour and reception service.

• Wash, sanitize, and properly organize glassware, plateware, and cutlery throughout the event.

• Maintain clean, organized service and dish areas.

• Work closely with event staff to ensure smooth service transitions.

• Assist with additional event support tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:​​

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

• Professional demeanor and awareness of guest experience.

• Flexible, team-oriented mindset and willingness to work multiple functions.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

 

PART-TIME CONTRACT POSITION:​

• Primarily evenings and weekends

• Must be dependable and adaptable

• Pay Rate: $15/hour
