MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing efforts across our family of luxury lifestyle brands. This role centers around two premier wedding and event venues in the Houston area—Chateau Nouvelle and Sandlewood Manor—as well as Love for a Lifetime (a nonprofit marriage ministry), Festival of Trees (a multi-day Christmas extravaganza), and luxury vacation properties Blue Haven in the Bahamas and Hill Country Oasis in Fredericksburg, Texas.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and content that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive conversions. You’ll oversee paid advertising, content, branding, digital marketing, websites, events, and partnerships while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and creative partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy

Develop and maintain brand identity and messaging across all brands.

Build marketing strategies and funnels tailored to each brand’s goals.

Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand reach.
Ad Management
-
Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, ChatGPT Ads, and other platforms.

Develop campaigns focused on qualified leads, venue tours, event registrations, and conversions.

Manage ad budgets alongside the Regional Director and ownership.

Test audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and landing pages.

Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

Track leads from inquiry through tours and bookings to measure marketing effectiveness.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing

Manage and provide direction to the Social Media Coordinator.

Oversee content calendars, social strategy, captions, graphics, and short-form video.
-
Write blogs, email and SMS campaigns, website copy, and other marketing content.

Coordinate photography, videography, and content creation for marketing assets.

Analyze social performance and test new strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Event Marketing

Develop new event concepts to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness.

Create, promote, and support venue events, Love for a Lifetime events, Festival of Trees, and other special events.

Design print and digital collateral including flyers, signage, brochures, and sponsorship materials.

Coordinate email, SMS, social, and advertising campaigns to drive attendance.

Lead podcast production, including filming, editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, and distribution.
Website & SEO Management

Create, maintain, and improve websites and landing pages across all brands.

Optimize website content, metadata, internal links, and blogs for SEO.

Use Semrush, GA4, and Google Search Console to monitor performance and opportunities.

Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve search visibility.
Wedding Industry Platforms

Manage venue listings on designated platforms, including The Knot and WeddingWire.

Maintain current photos, descriptions, promotions, and listing content.
-
Monitor lead quality, platform performance, placement, and ROI.
-
Manage reviews on designated platforms and develop strategies to increase client reviews.
Creative Direction & Design Oversight

Lead design projects including flyers, ads, brochures, signage, pitch decks, and other collateral.

Guide visual identity across print, digital, advertising, and events.

Coordinate photography, videography, styled shoots, and other creative projects.
Vendor & Partnership Collaboration

Coordinate with photographers, planners, vendors, and creative partners.

Manage the preferred vendor list and maintain strong industry relationships.

Build partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration and cross-promotion.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across paid ads, social media, websites, SEO, and other marketing channels.

Maintain monthly reports on ad spend, leads, qualified leads, tours, bookings, and conversions.

Use performance data to improve campaigns, budgets, content, and marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or creative strategy.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign analytics.

Skilled in content creation, photography, videography, copywriting, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, GA4, and Google Search Console.

Working knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing strategy.

Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple brands and projects.

Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury brands is a strong plus.
