Social Media Coordinator
Are you a social media-savvy, creative mind with a passion for the wedding industry? We are actively seeking a Social Media Coordinator with a passion for marketing and advertising, as well as social media management. The perfect candidate will have a base knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc. and know how to navigate on each platform efficiently. They will also be expected to help in all areas of Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle’s marketing needs, from graphic design to brand management online and social media.
As a family-owned business, we strive to provide a fun-filled environment built on respect and shared goals. While Sandlewood and Chateau are event venues, the Social Media Coordinator will also oversee marketing needs for its non-profit marriage ministry, Love for a Lifetime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to messages/inquiries on social media
-
Maintain our Pinterest presence with regular updates
-
Creating regular posts for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, LinkedIn

Graphic design for print and digital
-
Blog, social media captions, and ad copywriting
-
Maintain social media content and post schedule
-
Promote weddings/event sales and marketing
-
Evolve the Sandlewood and Chateau brands with a progressive outlook
-
Assist organizing and overseeing Open Houses
-
Build corporate presence of Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle
-
Collect, catalog, and update photo galleries
-
Organize, oversee, photograph, and attend in-house functions and events (i.e. staff parties, chamber events, networking events)
QUALIFICATIONS:

Great phone, verbal, and written skills
-
Blog writing skills for Sandlewood Manor, Chateau Nouvelle and Love for a Lifetime, preferred

Beginner marketing graphic design skills

Social Media knowledge: Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts

Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro, preferred

Google Drive and Suite, preferred

Canva
-
Good marketing and design instinct
-
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with business tools like Google Analytics/Ads, Facebook Business Manager/Ads, preferred

Data driven curiosity and interest in learning
