Social Media Coordinator

Are you a social media-savvy, creative mind with a passion for the wedding and events industry?

​We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of Sandlewood Manor, Blue Haven Bahamas, and Hill Country oasis. This role focuses on daily content creation including posts, stories, and reels across all social platforms. You’ll help build and evolve these brands while supporting marketing needs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.​​

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: â€‹

  • Create and post daily content (stories, reels, posts) that generate bookings, event inquiries, audience engagement and brand awareness for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Brainstorm fresh ideas to drive traffic, increase followers and boost brand awareness across all platforms.

  • Stay on top of trends, platforms and competitors to keep our content innovative and relevant.

  • Respond to messages and inquiries across social media.

  • Maintain Pinterest boards and online galleries.

  • Assist with graphic design for digital and print materials.

  • Write captions, blog content, and ad copy.

  • Promote event bookings and marketing campaigns.

  • Help organize and manage open houses and on-site events.

  • Attend and photograph events, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

  • Support overall marketing strategy across Sandlewood Manor, Blue Haven Bahamas, and Hill Country Oasis.

  • Design engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, stories, blogs) that inspire action and reflet our hospitality event brand.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Previous experience in social media management or related role required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Photography and Videography experience

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn.

  • Content creation and editing experience (photos, video, reels).

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, analytics tools, and social media ad platforms preferred.

  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

SCHEDULE:​

  • Part-Time (On-site)

  • Monday–Thursday (flexible)

  • Select weekend dates required​
